This look didn't feel complete to me until I added some dark eyeliner. The Neon parts of the pants mixed with black make for a very cool and intense look. The pants are from Forever 21, the shirt is from Modcloth, the jacket is thrifted, and the shoes are Dr. Martens. Overall a look I like a lot.
