Skulls and Flowers

The simplicity of the black top and the shorts draw all the attention to these wild, bright shoes. I also have on some bright lips to tie it all together. The top is from Forever 21 and the shoes and shorts are from Modcloth. The sunglasses are from a store called Bubble in Santa Cruz.
